MMB Login Error after requesting Avios upgrade
 
I’ve got two separate bookings where I’ve requested Avios upgrades. Both needed a call-in as wouldn’t allow online. I’m not my situations, the agent processed the upgrade request, told me they were deducting Avios, took payment details and submitted the change to ticketing.

Both bookings are now both, separately, waiting for ticketing and generate a login error when trying to access via MMB. Both were accessible before the upgrade.

I’ve been able to validate that the upgrade is in the booking by checking by via Qantas/Finnair, but cannot access on BA.com. No Avios have been deducted or payments taken yet.

is this normal? - I’ve never experienced the error previously when processing an upgrade request.

Can you see them in the app? Assuming this is a website issue?

I can indeed see them in the app, although the seat is showing blank for the upgraded segment even though I had the agent select it. Also clicking through on any segment generates the website error.

one booking is only 9 days away, so I’m anxious to see it ticketed before the check in window

Can you see your seat if you look on RJ.com or Finnair.com in their MMB with your BA booking ref?

If you go into the main website and manage your booking through the "MANAGE" tab, then manually re add your exec number and you should again be able to choose seats etc
