GOT - JFK in First for £1.8K - fairly wide open availability.

Have only been able to get the TATL flight on to AA metal thus far, but haven't spent much time playing around. At least you'd still get CCR at T5 and Flagship First Dining At JFK (which IMO exceeds the CCR).

I recently looked at this- there seems to be a problem with the AA website and Google flights erroneously giving availability to routings that donít meet MCT, either in LHR, MIA or PHL (which seems to be the other US connection option).

However, I was able to price up DUB-LHR//LGW-CUN for only £250pp more.

Its available most of the year from CDG, for £1795.
I fear that we, myself included, are taking this thread OT, as these arent BA Sale fares. Maybe these posts can move to the premium fares thread.

I would say AA / BA sale fares are fair game and of interest to many !

Those are not however sale fares. They are advance purchase fares, which are semi-permanent (ie: while they might come and go, they last a while, and not sale like time limited) with a six month advance purchase requirement. Thus Off topic for here.

Seeing some decent J and F fares ex LHR to NA this morning for the summer. NYC, BOS and ORD to name but 3 seem to be available for £1800 in J and £2500 in F. Not a bargain but cheaper than Iíve seen for a while

Hi,

Thanks for that. There are some GBP2360 F returns to JFK/EWR in the last week of April from EDI ( ironically if you start from LHR the price doubles that week)

Regards

Two weeks ago I booked my flight. Now the outbound is almost 50% lower (return in the same, since it is at the near-end of June).

I recommend this. I noticed the price lower on a LHR-OSL Iíve got in May. Cancelling and rebooking was quick and easy, and Iíd definitely the way forward if a sale comes around after your 24 hour grace period is over.

I really canít see anything competitive vs previous years. Luxembourg in CE £131 for 80 TPís. JFK in Club £1467.

Why do sale flights always start from London? What about regional departures
