Current methods to check fare/booking class availability:
  • Expertflyer.com $99 / year
  • KVS Fees vary
  • Travel Agent friends
If you are requesting flight load / class availability, please provide the following:

1. Actual travel date (don't say tomorrow, or similar, as that is ambiguous given the global flyertalk membership)
2. Departure and arrival airport codes
3. Flight number

Thanks!

Hello. Would someone mind checking QF1, SYD-DRW, DRW-LHR, departing 7 April 22, please. Sorry, not BA - but my parents are in Sydney and I'm trying to help remotely! They've been told this flight is cancelled - but others in the family on the same flight have been told differently.. Thanks in advance.

It has no seats for sale, but not flagged as cancelled on EF, so I would think at this stage it is still operating (the cabins look full from the seat maps as well)

Oh this thread is amazing! Thanks in advance for the help!

Debating whether to pay for the damn seat selection costs for my family of 4, or if it isn't very full, take my chances 24 hours in advance!

Flying Economy - World Traveller

BA0284
Depart 20JUN22 SFO 16:35
Arrive 21JUN22 LHR 11:00

Probably better to come back in late May to see how things look, although I am surprised it is looking this busy in economy this far out. Just remember a lot of people won't have status to reserve seats, so you could keep an eye on things closer to the time and if it is really looking busy opt for paid seats to ensure you sit together.

Pilot37 - thanks for the quick response!

If it is already busy in economy this far out then I'll probably eventually just have to shell out the money for the seat selection. We don't typically fly BA and after transferring the points to book these flights it came at a bit of sticker shock! ha

Hi there,

can anyone let me know about flight loads on BA2671 on 21 April 2022 PFO - LGW and BA2856 on 01 May 2022 LGW - PFO.

My family is booked on those flights and I have to also book, just wondering on availability especially on the BA2671 as it is currently ridiculously expensive, selling only class B and C

Here you go, UK POS: (no Cyp POS to check on EF):

Yes, the BA2671 only has B and Y selling classes available in Euro Traveller and only C and J in Club Europe. It may be down to the numbers of pax returning to the UK after Easter holidays on the island?

Yeah most likely. The other flight of the day only had Y and J and today it was loaded with L, so hopefully they do that with that one too.

Using your 2 extremity dates (10th Dec and 1st Jan) EF returns the following (I don't have time to check every possible combination between your stated dates unless you can narrow them down): UK POS:
