No availability on AA flights using Avios after system upgrade

Hi All - I am trying book from DFW - PHX, DFW - MIA in June 2022 using Avios and don't see any availability. So I tried random dates for same routes in Jan/Feb/March of 2022 and don't see any availability. Is this something related to recent system upgrade that BA had? I also BA customer service and they say they don't see any availability either. I checked on AA and AASaver award are available for these routes/dates.

Any insight/help would be appreciated. Thanks

It's been going on for a little while now.

Seems like an IT glitch. BA does pick up Alaska flights with avios still if that helps.

I gave up and booked AA flights I needed with my advantage account.

Theres some threads in the past few weeks on here somewhere.

Hopefully they fix any bug that's causing this. Thanks for quick response!

No end in sight on this one, it seems. I'm in the same boat - can see them on AA and can see them via the QF site, but BA can't book them.

Is the ability to transfer Avios from BAEC to Iberia Plus also down? (Note that IB Plus does not permit changes or refunds to redemption bookings on AA.)

Exactly why I don't want to do that. It's a flight in Feb which is, at best, 50/50 so I want the flexibility.

Perfectly understandable. I'm not even sure whether the ability to transfer from BA to IB has been restored yet.

I have been experiencing this issue for several days as well. I was going nuts thinking I must be doing something incorrectly, so kind of glad to see it's not only me.

BA IT must have infected Iberia also. When trying to search on it for an AA international MIA-EZE it shows:

Sorry,we can't show you the flights

Sorry,we can't show you the flights
For reasons beyond the control of Iberia, we can't show you the flights available at this time

When Iberia is pointing fingers at others things are really bad.

Are you sure they're Saver fares? Could they be Web Specials?
