Sorry, we're unable to book these seats as requested

Does anyone know why i might be getting this error after the payment screen for seat selection? I've tried multiple cards so I don't think its a payment issue. It was booked with a FTV so took a few days to be ticketed but it seems fully ticketed now:

Sorry, we're unable to book these seats as requested
Sorry, we've encountered a problem. No seats have been added to your booking and no payment has been taken. Please start again to choose your seats.

What route, cabin and date (at least roughly as in tomorrow, next month, next summer)?

Any pair on the sides, travelling with a 3 year old so ideally don't want neighbours

So that perhaps suggests 15A and 15B, to avoid early morning sunshine too.

Is your exec number back in the booking? For offline FTVs it is taken out when you do the FTV, and then usually put back in when it is ticketed. Sometimes that doesn't happen tho.

Yea the exec number is on there but I'm blue so I'm having to pay for these. I guess ill have to try and get through on the phone and see if they can process it on there!
