I'm in the exact same situation, also flying to PHX, also the week after next and also booked 1K.
After seeing your post I checked my seat map and it's also showing 1K as being a middle, but for me Club only starts at row 5 - hopefully this is just a glitch, though as long as it stays as Club Suites I'm not too bothered. If it changes to "old Club" that's a whole different story...

My 777 flight (BA209) to MIA in mid November is also suffering from this seat map glitch. Exactly the same symptoms as others reported, including my 3K club suite being shown as a “middle”. Expertflyer seems to show the correct seat map so not unduly worried.
But I do like to keep tabs on these things as BA are not immune to aircraft switches as many of us know.

Same issue in the reverse direction, LHR-CPT, for BA043 on 30 Dec. And Dr Postdoc had been so looking forward to Club Suite.

Looks like my trip to MIA in February has gone the same way . Originally booked in J seat 1K for the 207 outbound and 206 inbound, looks like the 207 is 3 class with J starting at row 2 snd the 206 seems to be a 4 class with J starting row 5, both with Club Suite. I have changed my seats to 3K and 5K. I assume the has been more club suite conversations than planned.

Another example of the dreaded 1A Middle seat.
I had already been thrown out of F into C on flight to MIA on 209 in January and now see the seating plan showing the front cabin with rows 2, 5, 6 and 7. No sign of row 1 at all. I assume it is an IT error that remains unfixed rather than sitting in the cockpit between the flight crew.

It is, for December. BA209 is an A380 until 9 January. From 10 January it switches to the earlier BA207 flight and the BA209 no longer has F class. A bit annoying for those originally booked in F on the A380 BA209.

Ah well, as expected, my new seats stuck on the 206/207 in Feb for <24h, re-assigned middle aisle and changed from Club Suite to regular CW. Manged to grab 14K both ways. Looks like F is back on this rotation, may look to upgrade.
Update: Just realised that aircraft has been changed to A380 on 206/207 MIA rotation. Decided on 53K upstairs.

I'm on BA0209 to Miami in early Dec - was originally offered club world from row 1 so I booked 1k. Logging in now I can see the mini cabin starting from 4 but no rows 1-3. Yet I'm still booked in 1k which now shows as a middle seat! Not sure if the screen shot uploaded correctly but the mini cabin is from 4 to 7 - the second cabin shows from 10 to 14. I cannot find any seat layout online that matches this.
