PMI is Band 2 so it's afternoon tea based on time of departure.

You can see the meal times here.

As to what it is, isn't it still Ploughmans (and scones if you want them) or Sandwiches (and scones if you want them) like it's always been?

Unless it has changed the Ploughman's never made a return to afternoon tea, instead it was a choice of meat or vegetarian sandwiches (with only 2 rather than 3 sandwiches).

It was meat or veg sandwiches yesterday on the 16.10 to ZRH. Also had a scone and a tiny lemon cake.

Good grief, the Ploughman's always ran out first. I thought the three sandwiches looked stingy by comparison and now it's two!

Crazy!

According to your link it is Band 3 which means he will have had the Rest of The Day Meal by now. I thought that these bands had been merged since resumption of service or am I muddling it all up?

You are correct - Express and Band 1 have merged, and Bands 2-4 have merged.

Good to know! I can't keep up... first the ploughman's is gone, next it's two sandwiches and now it's bands merged... and for the better, it seems!

I need to have a lie down
