Submitted documents for a family of 4 between 12.43 and 12.46 today. Approval for 3 out of 4 arrived between 15.12 and 15.18. For the 4th I received a message "Please add all remaining documents" due to a typo in the name. Typo corrected at 15.14 and approval still not received.

Uploaded documents for Mrs Royalscot and I Wednesday at 19.00 for our flight departing today at 12.40 . Mrs Royalscot was approved this morning at 7 34am I never got approval and had to show documents at check in. No big deal but something not quite right with the back office handling these uploads

Got told by BA via twitter that we could only verify documents at the airport. Then just now, 40 hrs after we submitted the documents and 12 hours after OLCI opened, we received the verification email. So now all checked in. What a lot of kerfuffle.

Wife and kids flew last week, had completed all these details 48 hrs prior to getting to LHR, at check in they made us complete the online forms all over again and email a screenshot of the confirmation (which was generic) to the arrival airport. The process at LHR took an hour because of this, and to top it off the form isn't mobile optimised so had to be done via a laptop. Don't think BA are handling this very well at all.
I had even made sure to print the screenshots of the populated form as well as the confirmation page shown upon submission online. The BA check-agent didnt care that we had done it online - we were made to again fill out a hard copy version of exactly the same form at the airport and asked us to then email a scanned scoot of the form to the BA team at the arrival airport. She then called the arrival airport to have the clearance obtained. The whole affair lasted about and an hour. Absolute shambles.

Do we need to upload documents to Verifly if we upload them to the BA site? I ask because we have a Dec 21 trip from the US to Prague through LHR. At this time, I know a negative COVID test is required within 3 days of travel as well as proof of vaccination. I will also need the UK Passenger Locator form and the Czech Public Health Locator Form. Because I am going to Prague, can I even use Verifly as the Czech republic is not a destination available? Or should I just select GB in Verifly and worry about that part? Thanks for any help.

Verifly should work for your inbound leg to LHR but not much use for the PRG leg. I got a reply from BA when I complained that VeriFly is a waste of time. They said they would educate the check in staff concerned. I have my doubts about that though! By December VeriFly should have settled down so it would be to your advantage to use it although at the moment it is just voluntary. Uploading stuff to Manage my Booking is also voluntary but you can't use online check in if you don't upload. It doesn't actually take that long to upload to VeriFly and it is quite reassuring to get the green ticks back quite quickly. As mentioned already on here, uploading to BA can get you approval anywhere between an hour or never.

My wife and I both got SMS messages asking us to upload documents into MMB roughly 72 hours before our NCL - LHR flight which connected into our onward flight to DFW. There was never anywhere within MMB to upload anything. The only thing that did eventually appear in MMB was a reference to VeriFLY which we'd already uploaded our documents to. International travel at the moment is confusing / complicated enough without spurious messages that only serve to muddy the water even more.

Data point - got an email to upload documents at T-48. Upload was simple enough, grabbed our vaccination certificates in PDF form from the NHS app, and a single PLF covered us both to Greece.
Received the usual T-24 notice to checkin, when I tried it wouldn't let me - assume BA haven't bothered putting in a logical function to say if documents not approved don't send that email.
At about T-15, was told that has been approved and I could check-in. Luckily silver so had already bagged the seats I wanted.

I’m due to fly SAN-DFW-LHR-ALC at the weekend. The MMB link showed up this morning. Obviously. The SAN-DFW flight is irrelevant here, but I’m confused as to what flight details to enter. I’m actually flying AA50 to LHR and the BA2632. The MMB link won’t accept an AA flight number, so I used the codeshare number BA1505 and although I entered Spain as my final destination, I don’t see anywhere to add the Spanish flight info, just a place to upload the Spanish form that I can’t complete till tomorrow morning as I’m not yet within 48hrs of arrival. Same for the UK PLF at the present time.
Any ideas? I used the AA flight number in Verifly as I’m on AA metal, but Verifly doesn’t support UK to Spain at present, so I was hoping the BA upload would help here.

Flying to Greece tomorrow and I followed the document upload instructions to then get an email saying they could not verify them. The email told me to amend the documents by logging onto
traveldocs.ba.com/track with my tracking reference number but the travel docs link takes me to a webpage that requires a username and password once you enter the tracking reference. Has anyone else had to deal with this? Given that we're uploading personal information, it's a bit worrying how unprofessional the online verification process seems to be!
