Hi, yes, I realise this now, but unfortunately the "track progress" link from BA (and corresponding email which asks you amend) gives you no option to amend the docs. It only asks you to "confirm changes" with no visible upload button. When you try to resubmit the whole thing with both docs it says that "this passenger has already submitted" and to go back to the tracking link.

That upload screen does allow you to select two files. So what I did was have both files clearly labelled, selected both and uploaded both. They were cleared overnight.

ah yes, I did wonder maybe there is one upload button and you can select multiple files. But if you only submit one initially, it doesnt look like you can amend and the button is not there anymore. You could perhaps redo the whole process from scratch but I didnt try.

Unfortunately you can't resend it either. Luckily a temporary problem. This seems to be knocked together by some Salesforce wizz-kid working for Iberia and sent over to BA, presumably BA doesn't have anyone able to do the same.

Just spoke to BA customer service on the phone. There is no way to amend because of a glitch in their system. They told me that only way around is to show your docs at the check in counter at Heathrow....which is annoying since I do not have bags to check in and it's supposed to be mayhem right now.

Have just bumped in to the same issue for AMS. Uploaded the Vaccine declaration as requested, but not the certificate itself as it explicitly said it wasn't required (and no upload button to do so). Docs rejected, and when trying to fix you go back and get the message as above, with no opportunity to upload any more. What a joke.

Currently cannot OLCI for BRU flight tomorrow because my son's documents have been rejected saying he needs a test before travel. Wondering if we should go to T5 this evening and sort it out, don't fancy issues tomorrow with the likely queues.

Had hoped that because BA might/should be aware of this issue that somehow I might get a boarding pass at OLCI anyway. But alas not. So I will have to unnecessarily add to the carnage at the check-in desks tomorrow!

On that note - any tips on the best place to head on arrival at T5 to get docs checked for AMS and pass issued? Or is just a case of scanning for the smallest queue?
Am Silver and in CE.

To add a positive datapoint:
Uploaded my documents for a flight to Europe at 7:41 this morning through MMB (which in itself took 30 seconds, almost everything was prepopulated on the form).
At 7:42 I had a confirmation email stating that the documents are now verified (and it was a slightly complicated set of documents that needed to be verified (combination of recovery+vax certificate and a middle name that is on some but not all of the documentation and not on the booking)).

I'm having trouble uploading my documents today. When I click on submit, the button goes grey, then nothing happens. Same issue on PC (Edge) and Android App. On Chrome the page doesn't even load. Is this happening to anyone else?

I did a document upload a few days ago and it all worked ok for me. I suspect there are short term glitches or we would see more reports.
