You could try uploading the documents again, this version of HUACA has been reported to have worked. And there have been other reports of mysterious failures on the check - there is a human in there somewhere, taking decisions. For Portugal to the UK the check is simple - have you got some sort of pre-departure test done in the last 3 days; have you purchased a 2 day PCR test once back in the UK; have you fully completed the PLF? So if that is all in a line you just have to check in at Faro. Other reports say that you don't need to add much extra time for this. We also know that for some reason VertFLY isn't enabled for LCY.

Going out, all you need is a 72 hour PCR test, specifically that and not a basic antigen test, and the Portuguese PLF. Nothing else, and no you don't need the day2 test. The PCR does not need a passport number but it's possible the checker added that one in. So perhaps try again with just those components.
If you are not an EU citizen or registered resident, note a visit of that length may burn up your entire visiting rights to Schengen for 6 months. Strictly speaking you may need to supply details of your departure from Portugal, which wasn't required under Freedom of Movement.
