Assistance finding best flight option.
Hello everyone,
The below topic is a bit broader than just for BA however BA/Qatar/Edihad most likely options and no way to post in a more general forum.
Haven't travelled in a while and a little rusty.
Looking to book a flight for two from East Coast USA (NYC - Baltimore) to Maldives on points - December 2021. Award Hacker shows nice choices yet unable to actually get BA (as one example) to reflect Award Hacker data
We have CUR and AMEX MR.
With Chase we have the 1.5, and we have 3x of MR points to that of UR at present.
Anyone have a few minutes to assist in nailing down the right flight w/points?

With the UR reference and Chase I'm guessing your referring to East Coast USA?
What's CUR?
Have you tried plugging your requirements into Matrix ITA?

You don't mention when you want to go, but to assist you from a BA perspective, the Maldives have been labelled as a 'Red' Country by the English Government which means all arrivals into London need to quarantine in an official facility for 10 days, so it is expected that BA will cancel their MLE flights on a rolling basis until the Maldives come off the Red list, which is an unknown timeline.

Qatar and Edihad would be through Dubai.

Matrix
Matrix supports the info found via award hacker. Great. Looking like Qatar. Now there are flags stating cancellation and change fees.
Transferring points to Qatar starts locking in the flight, and then once booked it’s booked.
Options left to explore to keep the flight fluid?
