Unable to access Adv Passenger Info

Hi,

Booked a reward flight for MEX-DFW-MEX. Speaking to BA on twitter and they said I hadn't input any API on the booking, but it shows both passengers at green tick. They asked for my passport number etc and input this for me, but when I tried to edit the info on the booking, it tells me the passport number I am using to pass security check in the system is wrong, so won't let me view the API. I contacted twitter team again and they say my info is not showing on the booking at all.

Any wisdom on this?

Have you checked your booking at aa.com as they will be operating your flight?

Yep, have filled that out manunally. But strange that BA were insisting I needed to fill out info that is usually saved in my profile and also which appears as saved in MMB

If the AA reservation has your info then Iím not sure why what ba.com has is relevant.

fingers crossed no issues indeed. First time I've never been able to access the API stuff, so kind of strange
