HI,

I have a 77H in Club Suites booked SIN-LHR in 5A but BA are offering a Ł390 upgrade to F. 2K is still available. Is this worth it? Its a 50% Avios redemption flight so no TPs on offer. No benefit as far as lounges go at the moment so it's just about onboard I guess.

Any opinions gratefully received.

Thanks

AFAIK 207 to MIA in November is a 777 with 14 F seats. What are the best seats for a couple?

Well, you can take EF and communicate together throughout the flight without issue, however may dine slightly staggered as different crew on each side. Or take windows together, and have lunch and then second service together using the buddy seats.

Or the cabin could be new style where this isn’t possible. Or it could be removed and you’ll be sat in J No more F to Miami [Feb/Mar 2022]

I’d take the EF on a day flight

thanks, we have already been downgraded once, hence our switch to 207, so we have an open mind!

Yes, has been for a while in F, with the PDB being the last bit to be re-instated from today.

When sat in an 8F 200/300 cabin is boarding at door 2 meaning you have to walk through the mini club suite cabin?

Not an issue, just curioisty in advance of an F to JFK in December.

Thank you. Things that were once normal no longer are. :-)

Now that some normality is returning and I finally have some long-haul travel booked again a handful of questions about the 8-seat F cabin, specifically as fitted to the B777-300. In no particular order:

- have the electric window blinds been enhanced away?
- is buddy dining still possible in the new suite?
- if booked in the E/F seats, how easy is it to have a conversation with your travel companion?

Thanks as always. It's good to be back
