I can’t find any same day return for less than Ł260 in November!

I always do a couple of dates, to collect 320 TP in total. Start one trip from LDN, then another from SOF (same date if u get my drift).

Ah, so you are nesting two separate PNRs? Slightly risky with the one hour turn around in SOF, I guess?

Has anyone travelled to SOF recently? What's the situation with OLCI?

100% sure about what?

TPs are earned on scheduled flight departure date.

We have until 31st December 2022 to earn TPs towards the reduced rate.

I'm not sure what else needs to be clarified? Apologies if I'm missing something obvious here.

Trying to figure out ways of earning 635 tier points from now until early September. We are based in NYC and have two trips we will take this summer, to London and Glasgow. Could make them into something semi extended via an ex-EU from CDG (or INV?) if business fares are reasonable but if they’re very expensive would want to travel at most in WT+.

Other possibilities are taking a trip to LAX to see friends or some short flights to BOS and BAL but those probably won’t add many tier points.

Any ideas for good runs/trips from JFK over the next few months or how to maximize tier points for those destinations and trips I’ve already mentioned?

Am looking at doing this in end of October with car hire booked for the UK originating trip for the double tier point deal. Is anyone able to confirm i have this correct: only the outbound leg has to be flown before 31/10 to qualify for double TP?

IMO you’ll only get the double tier points for the flights that depart before/on 31/10

From the Terms and Conditions section on the British Airways website:

Travel is for outbound departures between 9 June 2021 and 31 October 2022 inclusive (final outbound departure date is 31 October 2022).
The booking must be for a stay of 5 nights or more.

Fair point - looks like you should get double TPs if just the outbound is before 31/10/22.
