Upgrade with lap infant

If you have lets say a Premium Economy ticket (purchased with cash) and a lap infant attached to your booking, would you still be able to purchase a paid upgrade to CW if there was space? Or does having the lap infant attached to your res block you from upgrading?

No reason why not.Lap infants are not free, so as long as you pay the extra for the infant that should be enough.
Back in the day I took young rapidex to JFK on Concorde. His infant ticket cost me 800.

Yes, thats fine - Ive recently done this. The infant will be priced at 10% of the adult fare (cash or avios).
