So simply stop transfers to new Nectar accounts.

Is it allowed to multiply your acrual of Avios by combining multiple channels when shopping online? For example, with acrual of nectar/avios when shopping at Sainsburys.
So if I want to do an online order for home delivery at Sainsburys, I would use the Sainsburys link on the BA shopping site and pay using an Amex or Barclaycard Avios card.
This should give me tthe regular nectar points, the referral points points from shoppoing.ba.com (rate 3 per Ł1) and the Avios credit card points. Is this correct?

Certainly a Challenge

Does the Sainsbury's fruit an veg challenge seem a bit off this year?
”On average you buy 46 portions a month.”
So…
  • 50 points for 900 portions of avocado
  • 50 points for 1000 portions of broccoli
  • 50 points for 1500 portions of pepper
  • 50 points for 3500 portions of tomatoes
And there was me thinking weren't meant to be stockpiling…
Has the fare filing intern got a job at nectar?

I like avocados, a lot, but even I would struggle with 900 portions, let alone 3500 portions of tomatoes. And by the way what is a portion of tomato? 1 whole tomato or a slice? I suspect that a single tomato is considered multiple portions.

My mother has something like 15,000 portions to earn 50 points.
It's gone a bit screwy since yesterday. 6 more portions to get my first 50 points when it sorts itself out
(9906 more portions for me today).

A portion is something like 30g-80g depending on the product.
Got 94/100 for buying a pack of 3 peppers and a pack of mushrooms yesterday.

A “portion” is 80g for the purposes of the promotion. So 280kg of tomatoes gets 25p.

There must, surely, be some intern error by a factor of 1,000. Kg / g confusion perhaps.

I just bought a whole cucumber and it went through as portion of avocado. Only 899 to go…

That's because the cucumber self identifies as an avocado

My target for 50pts bonus is 20,000 based on my average of 222 portions per month
... at which rate will take me about 90 months to achieve 🤔

Notice on Twitter they have replied to various questions by stating "we are aware of a small technical issue that our Team are looking into"

I assume that means we have to maintain the auto transfer running until 1st June?
I forgot about all this prize draw. Just had an email from Avios Promotions & Prizes confirming that I have won 5,000 Avios! I've no idea how the value of the prize is calculated, it just says I have been randomly selected and the prize is 5,000 Avios.

I get a monthly bonus for Sainsbury home insurance and sainsbury energy (x2).
Normally those bonus credits are pretty close to my monthly spend (about 500 or so), but the last couple of months have dropped significantly.
anyone else seen the same problem?
I haven’t got around to contacting nectar yet, as the amounts are fairly trivial but it’s annoying, and it it continues it will start to stack up.
