Lots of easy 500 point Christmas offers have popped up for me in the app during the past few weeks:
- 500 Nectar points for shopping at Sainsburys 3 times in 2 weeks (doesn't mention fuel purchases but this triggered as 1 shop for me)
- 500 Nectar points for buying a £1.50 bag of Pipers crisps
- 500 Nectar points for spending £5 on cosmetics (claims that general health & beauty like shower gel, toothpaste etc. is excluded but it went through)
- 500 Nectar points for spending £5 on home baking (flour, sugar etc)
- 500 Nectar points for spending £10 on Christmas gift sets
- 500 Nectar points for buying something over £20 from Argos
- 500 Nectar points for buying a train ticket from GWR (a child single going 1 stop on a small rural line costing £1.10 triggered the bonus!)
I've collected 28,000 Nectar points so far this year (17,500 Avios), and I don't even do my weekly shop in Sainsburys.

We don't do our weekly shop there either, but we do buy quite frequently - I guess that means no offers for me...

These 500 point offers are in the Christmas promotion section and are over an above the random bonus points - my Christmas promotion offers are the same as above.

FWIW the Nectar 'Count Up to Christmas' promotion is targeted and by invitation only. Seems rather mean of Nectar to exclude some of it's finest customers (= me) from its flagship festive activity.

Better offers today.
4 or 5 were in the "My Nectar Prices" section as well, so a couple of £ saved there.
Things like 120 points on raspberries, 40 points for any soup (combined that with 30 points for a specific can of 50p soup that went into the food bank box) etc.
Managed to complete 3 out of 4 of the 500 point Xmas offers, so with the one I did the other day, all 4 are done now.
Easy 2270 points and whatever I get for petrol tomorrow (80-90 I think).

I got another email yesterday for Daily Mail points.
200 bonus points when you enter 5 codes between at 20th Nov and Fri 26th Nov.
Already done today's, so an easy 230 / 235 points there = 140+ Avios.
Better than the 7 codes I usually get, and I tend to miss Sunday's paper as nothing is open when I start work.

Entered the 5th Daily Mail code today and the 200 bonus points went on straightaway
Spent £1 in store on a couple of bags of nuts to snack on, and got a bonus 20 points from the Sainsbury app scratchcard thing.

Then it will ask the number of Nectar Point to transfer to Avios. At this point if you tap the direction arrows it will refresh to transfer Avios to Nectar.
Note: Avios to Nectar is not as quick as Nectar to Avios and I believe can take up to 10 days to credit.
