Just received an email from Amex that transfer to Avios is complete, but nothing shows up on my BAEC account yet. Does someone know when does the Avios hit the account after the completion email from Amex?

when did you actually do the request? It will take 2-3 days usually to show from clicking on the Amex site. I have never seen it take less time ( I think for US Amex card holders it may be same day).

Could someone explain to me why CPH-LHR-MEX is 29,000 Avios (return Economy, off-peak) whereas LHR-MEX is 16,250 Avios (return Economy, off-peak). It seems that CPH-LHR and LHR-CPH is excessively priced; should be only 6,000 Avios (return Economy, off-peak) under this promo with 25% off, right? I am missing something?

That’s not my experience- I had a family trip (4 of us) MAD-LHR Avios redemption in CE earlier this summer, which they changed (with no change fee, only the additional Avios) to ACE-LHR at my request. Then I changed it again to MAD-LHR but for a different date than the original. I’m regular Gold, not GGL.

Yes agreed, BWC/FTV most definitely applies to reward bookings, you can for example get a FTV for a reward booking - as I have done myself.

I can confirm the offer can be combined with BA CHASE Companion Vouchers, as long as the trip departs before the voucher's expiration date.
I just made two identical bookings LAX-MIL utilizing one CHASE Companion for each reservation. Total for 2 adults and 3 kids in CW was about 260k AVIOS and $7500 in tax. Off-peak, June dates.
