With all of the problems there are in the world, I wonder if a bit of dodgy grammar is really a hanging offence. I've seen a lot worse on the BBC website.

Do people still employ proof readers?

Incidentally I would only recognise the adjective boilerplate as being a fine example of American English.
Not that anyone here who works for a large British company/institution has ever written and sent a perfectly-written business communication without noticing that Autocorrect has hideously mangled a word or two ....

PS Shouldn't you have used a comma after "large" ?

Not unless he were to also use one after ‘Britrish’.

Only if I was to dreadfully mangle the language even further, and to boldly go on, one does not use a comma in front of the noun or pronoun being modified by a single adjective

Estoy seguro de que si te comunicas con alguno de los que están en español, te responderán en el español del rey español.

TTmex;32706021 - Well, Grupo IAG is a Spanish part, so I would like all the emails I receive to be well written in Spanish, not in English from the Queen of Great Britain.
Macdrew - This item refers to BRITISH Airways, (Company office: British Airways Plc, Harmondsworth, London.)Registered in England.
No reference to Iberia nor the Spanish Registered IAG.
I am sure that if you communicated with those in Spanish, they would reply in the Spanish King's Spanish.
Haha! Nice I was only having a little fun. I'm not sure about the Spanish King's Spanish. While the Royal Academy does seem to police the use of Spanish, I speak more of the Mexican variety and there are far more differences between that and Spanish Spanish as exist between US and UK English

Reads like a poor speech-to-text transcription to me. "Would of" written where "would've" was spoken. "Passed" instead of "past".
But, of course, even if this is so, it doesn't excuse a customer service communication not being proofed before being sent.

Normally, those that are correcting English grammatical mistakes are the same that have never moved their arse to learn another language ...

Now that would be an interesting concept. You can only post on an internet forum if you provide proof that what you are saying is correct.
