Cancelling an avios booking
I booked flights to New York for November using avios back in January & have decided not to go (even if we can). I’ve tried ringing the Gold line repeatedly but can’t get through. When I log onto manage my booking, the cancellation option brings you to a page requesting a voucher.
Any ideas how I can cancel & get the avios back? |
I think this has been discussed before and it has to be a phone call to get your Avios restored.

You would need to call for a full refund. There isn’t another way to do it atm.

Call early midweek, I cancelled flights on Weds and entire call took six minutes.
