Avios multi-cabin booking error

Avios multi-cabin booking error

Hi,

has anyone else noticed that booking a multi-cabin itinerary (i.e short-haul economy, long-haul business) is not possible online atm? Tried multiple dates, flights etc. and always get an error message. Where would I best report this issue?

BA.com, using the standard Avios award booking tool / site.

I tried it myself earlier on ba.com with a AMS-LHR-JFK example, with the short haul in ET and the long haul in CW. You have to select the stopover in London for the same day to separate out the flights allowing you to select different cabins.

Needles to say as noted by the OP it produced an error when I tried to click to generate a quote - so there is definitely something broken online.
