Sure, I found this one on-line: Warsaw Historic Centre - Free walking tour - they still have 10:30 and 14:00 spaces available for English speaking tour on Sunday.

Hi, apologies for the late submission of the form but wasn't sure I was going to make it. For info, I've also booked a walking tour for 10:30 on Sunday.
Ditto - March last year for me, so its all a bit of an adventure! Thanks for all the input megaloman - are there any other top tips? Like the easiest travel option from the airport - and do we need cash or is plastic used everywhere? Not sure I've handled any real money for ages!

Uber / Bolt / FreeNow / and few others operate in Warsaw and do pick ups at the airport - that's probably easiest to get to the hotel - note they'll collect you from the departures level - take the escalator from arrivals to departures level, then leave the terminal - tell the driver that you're either in front of Renaissance or Courtyard hotel, so they'll know where to look for you. Avoid anyone asking if you need a taxi or yellow/white taxis outside on the taxi rank - they'll be double the Uber price, or more. Depending on traffic it can take 15 to 45 minutes, on Friday evening I'd expect minimum 25-35 minutes.
For those who feel a little bit more adventurous, there are two public transport options:
1. bus 175 from arrivals level to PLAC ZAWISZY 03, either walk from there or take tram 1/9/22/24 from stop PLAC ZAWISZY 14 to stop MUZEUM POWSTANIA WARSZAWSKIEGO 06
2. train S2 from the station outside arrivals to the left - take it to WARSZAWA OCHOTA, then walk backwards, up and then either walk or take tram 1/9/22/24 from stop PLAC ZAWISZY 14 to stop MUZEUM POWSTANIA WARSZAWSKIEGO 06
Here's a plan on how to change from BUS (red) or TRAIN (green):
Tickets I believe can be bought on board buses in the vending machines (contactless) or at the vending machines at bus stops - you'll probably need two 20 minutes tickets (no transfers allowed) or one 75 minutes (transfers allowed), or 72h one which should cover most of the weekend
Tickets:
20 minutes costs Ł0.63
75 minutes costs Ł0.81
3-day ticket costs Ł6.63
Things to remember about tickets - you want them to be:
NORMALNY - so full price
STREFA 1 - so only one zone (doubt you'll go outside)
Happy to answer more questions

Do NOT buy more than one ticket if you buy on board the tram or bus. They come with the time you used the ticket pre printed and do not need validated in the reader.

Noted. Just notified bank of my "intention to travel" and use card abroad - feels like (well it has been) years since I've had to do that!
