Reward flight "error please try again" booking issues
Hi All
anyone else having issues with Faro reward flights for 2021?
Every date post end of June is showing as "error please try again". The flights are there as you can book for cash but i cant get the dates to show even for rewards. Have tried number of browsers.
Any ideas?

having the same problem with one way flights from Palma. Spoke to exec club on the phone but they couldn't help. Reported it to the web team and they say they will look into it.

interesting - domestic is working if I put LHR but I want to fly LCY and that just shows an error (I know there is availability as the book and upgrade with avios facility for the route I want is working).

I had this-showing as First! , CE and ET available to Faro
They could only book ET when I called- I couldn't book any online- crashed at payment point.
They said they were available but blocked-it was the day of the LGW cancellations.
Told me to book ET and then call back in a a few days to change to CE
Turns out that you cant do that unless you pay the Ł2 only tax. So had to cancel, wait for a voucher etc
Then had to be rebooked by which point one of the CE had gone.
They could only book ET when I called- I couldn't book any online- crashed at payment point.

Issues booking reward flights from London City
Is anyone having issues booking reward flights? I am trying to book a return flight from London City to Berlin next June. However, the website keeps saying "Error - There was a problem with your request, please try again later."
I have tried booking on the app, my mobile browser and Chrome, Edge and Firefox on my desktop. Strangely it works for flights from LHR but not from LON or LCY.
Does anyone know if this is a known issue or how to get around it?

I have the same error myself. I suspect your only option would be to call to book it for now. There shouldn't be any offline fee charged since you should be able to do this online, but clearly something is broken on ba.com

I booked some LCY-AGP return flights over the phone today. Interestingly the availability showing on Expert Flyer wasn’t correct - it was showing nil for CE, but there was some available. ET availability was showing correctly.
