One might expect a shower in a "washroom."
Has there been any official guidance that we might direct someone to, when a CCR cardholder is challenged on admissibility to the CCT? CCR cardholders aren't allowed in the Concorde Bar in SIN, so how do we know we're allowed into the Concorde Terrace?

a room with a toilet and a place to wash your hands in it, in a public place such as a restaurant or school

But I'm not sure it would be a reasonable expectation. After all, restrooms are not places you'd go to have a rest, any more than you'd expect to find a bath in a public bathroom.
Best not to think about expectations for the little boys room.

And the same is true at DXB, which originally had a Concorde Bar but is now The Bar Dubai. When a three class aircraft is operating, The Bar Dubai is open as additional lounge seating, although when four class aircraft are operating it's reserved for First passengers.

Exactly - I was there in Feb flying back on the 359 (3 classes). The bar was open to anyone...

There is a sort of prudishness about asking for the toilet or the lavatory which seems to emanate from the USA. Why I do not know.
