Avios one way Haneda to London no carrier charge?

Avios one way Haneda to London no carrier charge?
Trying to price up Haneda to London one way business class on my tablet and the avios calculated is right but total fees and charges are less than £30? There is a zero in the carrier charge. I'm guessing that is wrong?

Just confused myself further.
Outbound London Vancouver PE carrier charge 105 pp. Add return from Haneda in business and I would expect no additional carrier charge (per the one way test booking above) but the carrier charge goes up to £287.50?
Can someone explain why this happens?
