By strange coincidence I got an email from BA this afternoon telling me that my seat allocation has changed for the flight to KL in January. It suggests that the aircraft has changed from a 787-9 to a 787-8

I just had my BA32 First cancelled on 01 November. My outward is to KL in First and the agent confirmed that it should still be 787-9. Unfortunately that’s not the case in November. It looks like the KL route will be downgraded to 787-8 and won’t have a first class cabin.

Another trip that simply won’t happen.

Absolutely no chance, even work pass holders are struggling to get re entry from Europe currently and have a S$2200 two week quarantine hotel stay once they finally do. Singapore cases will be in single digits daily imminently now the worker dormitory situation is under control so I doubt the border will reopen to tourists at best for the safest Asian countries later this year and highly likely to remain very restricted well into next year. BA are primarily running this service for cargo purposes

Anyone know where I can find or If there is a WIKI for OCT's plans? I am in need of information about AMM and TLV for late in OCT!

Thanks

Just had some domestics cancel for October including into the winter timetable from 25 Oct. Frequencies do seem to be going up a little. EDI/GLA at 6 per day and ABZ at 4 per day.

I have a few domestics in September and October. I recieved a cancellation for a LHR-GLA today. It was the BA1480 departing 3.55pm. MMB offered plenty of alternatives and managed to e-book BA1486. I beleive the BA1480 was the only cancellation for that day

Got some flight cancellations today. Looks like the frequency for both CPH-LHR and GOT-LHR has been changed for late Oct and Nov.

Our BA859 PRG-LHR has been canceled both in October and November.
Additionally BA61 LHR-MLE still shows a 777 with First seatmap but First is zeroed out. We have the only two occupied seats in the cabin at this point.

October F on BA61 along with early November has been zeroed out for a while. I've been watching closely as I'm booked on the quite full 1st November flight (which is bizarrely F0, A2!) and have been wanting to move to the emptier end of October flights but can't as all F classes are zeroed out. Possibly see you onboard! I'm hopeful BA reopen F if the flights go ahead as the situation has been like that for a while without them changing to a non-F frame. Surely MLE is basically the one route alongside JFK where F demand is always there...

Currently (still) booked on the BA55 and 56 to JNB in early October as well as some Comair flights to and from CPT that all appear to be running at the moment. Hopefully these get cancelled - not too keen on a voucher if i can help it!

Are Comair even operating at all at the moment?
