BA timetable reads that the MCO (Orlando) flight to move to Heathrow on 25th Oct. Using 777 configuration J48/W40/Y220 at the moment and seat map looks like Club Suite outbound but I would be very surprised if this was the case on a bucket and spade route.

Odd one here that could be related to data feed from API. Seatspy was showing avail in Jan on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat. But now it's all shifted to Tuesday, Thursday, Sat, Sun. I was booked on a Wed, but it shows 0 reward in all cabins now every Wednesday. Yet log onto site and those days still bookable. Not sure if.its a genuine change or whether BA are making schedule changes already.

To add to this, just ran a search on award availability direct on BA and the Wed wide open. So guess the API change causing issues for Seatspy and Rewardflightfinder

Our OB flight to ALC from LGW on 6th Nov has been cancelled and we've been moved to LHR. However the return on the 9th is still LGW. We're going to wait a few days to see if that gets moved too, otherwise we will be cancelling.

For all those affected; I have just received confirmation that the outward flight will fly from Heathrow rather than Gatwick, just awaiting the same from the way back

Do we have confirmation which if any LGW-MCO flights are staying as currently you can book all 3 flights, 1 at LHR and 2 from ITS on any day of the week next year.

BA have now switched all Verona flights to LHR, up to 9th November.

For October, they have kept 2 flights a day on a Sunday, which I doubt will stay. If I book a day trip, what would happen if BA cancel one leg? Would they pay for overnight accommodation so I still get a full day in Verona? I doubt they would, but just wanted to know the official stance.

Hello, first post on here, been lurking and reading for some time!

I was wondering what people's views are on how BA are going to reschedule/juggle flights from LHR - JFK? We are booked on in December on a 744 there and back....

Probably too early to tell about schedules for December, and no doubt there will be a "December 2020 flight cancellations" started in a couple of months time, however, in the mean time re 747 replacements I'd suggest taking a look at this thread Replacement aircraft on BA 747 routes

I'm confused about this - I thought MCO was closed for international flights? Does this imply that there's an expectation that the current restrictions will be lifted by October?

I'm currently scheduled to fly LGW-LAS in October, it's still not cancelled but I can't see how it can operate when LAS is not one of the 15 airports accepting international flights. At the moment I'd rather it was cancelled so I can get my money back and not just another voucher.

Anyone got any views on this?

I don't think it really means anything. Judging by what happened to the September schedule, I don't think the October schedule can be regarded as anything other than 'aspirational' until the last week of August at the earliest. Longhaul in particular will be significantly cut.

Thanks So, basically, hold my nerve until at least the beginning of September to see what might happen
