List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

Personally, every time there was a clear collection point; I hate leaving dishes and glasses behind.
But in the majority of BA lounges one is forced to leave them since there is no place where to put them, so there is no difference indeed.

A birdie tells me that the lounges are due to be staffed and open on 1st July, starting with the South side.

We are expecting something 'official' today or tomorrow.

That would be nice. I have my first flight for nearly 4 months on the 2nd July

Fingers crossed - I booked a domestic B2B on 5th July as I miss flying - a lounge would be a great bonus

Hah, yes. My standard trip is LHR > JFK 2-3 times a month so I'm just saying how much I'll miss the memories if I don't have FLounge! Very excited to have to unpack everything and remove my shoes at the plane for this one.

My money is on 4th July, due to the relaxation of restaurant rules on the same day. Seems little point running a different service just for 3 days.

I doubt theyd open illegally, which if they offered anything other than takeaway F&B they would be doing prior to the 4th no? They could just offer access as additional waiting space to support social distancing in the terminal though - if it were needed with current traffic volumes

But I think you are going to miss the opening by the two days. ☹️

Agree, the 4th seems the most logical for them to offer any form of service. I know some people have said the South lounge, however, thinking about it wouldn't the First lounge be the most likely as they already have a means of table service there? It's also, arguably just as busy as any other lounge, and would better accommodate their Gold, and more importantly CCR flyers.

I think the hints have already been made upthread. The first lounge to reopen will be appropriately enough First, but it will be open to Silvers for the time being. CCR will have their own very special space, of course.

Ooh I missed those hints. Does that mean F check-in/security will be open? Will silvers be able to use it? This will be fun.

First is a South lounge, but it's not the only lounge there. I am not sure about First security, there is barely enough passengers for 2 lines of main security as it is, it won't make much difference either way. One of the bittersweet aspects of flying at the moment is that while it is a somewhat subdued experience, things like security, passport control and back-to-front boarding are completely stress free.

Good point, and yes I can imagine, and will be part of the stampede of tourists start of July heading out..

The isolated CCR area will be fun if they go ahead with it. I can't imagine they'd make it the terraced area, meaning it would have to be the champagne area given it has its own bathrooms, though the business centre, and help-desk being in there maybe be a problem. Perhaps they will make it the terraced area just before the *secret* bathrooms at the back.. Oh what a time to be alive.
