List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

Apologies if this has already been answered - I'm flying JFK-LHR in CW later this week. Does anyone know what time the pre-flight dining area opens in the JFK GC? (I vaguely recall that it was 16:30 pre-pandemic, not sure if that's still the case.)

The WIKI wasn't updated thus I updated the WIKI with the re-opening of the AA Flagship Lounge in LAX T4 which was opened 3 weeks ago.

Yes was there a few weeks ago in the DAA lounge at T1. Weirdly its not coming up on the oneworld website anymore; from memory it shut at 1700 (Sat) and was open at least at 0800 (Fri) when I was there. Basic food and drink was available.

The lounge in T3 is closed, if flying BAyou have access the the Club at LAS (near gate D33) in T1 (take the transit).

The Amex Centurion Lounge is also available if you have a Plat+ Amex - opposite gate D1.
alex67500 and Vasco Pridat like this.

Next question.
I will arrive at jfk from lhr on the 26th at 14.25... On ba. Connecting to aa at 16.30

Can I go thru security into T7 to use the ccr on arrival?
And then go to t8 for my aa flight?

I would suggest that is quite an ambitious plan. Perhaps a very ambitious plan. You would be allowed into T7 on that basis, I suspect you won't be allowed into CCR, and indeed they may well urge a rapid transfer to T8.

What is the forum's view on LAX lounges for a Sapphire right now?

I have used both Oneworld in TBIT and Flagship in T4 before and found each a good enough lounge. I expect to have time to visit both.

The Oneworld site suggests that the Star Alliance Lounge is accessible to Sapphires specifically flying BA, is this true, as it seems illogical with other OW lounges available. If so, is it worth it? https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location=LAX

I won't be schlepping to T6 just to visit Alaska anyway, but interestingly only Sapphire/Emerald obtained through AS and AA are eligible, according to their website.

Just a note, on the list it says Sao Paulo GRU as having access to the LATAM lounge - this is no longer true since they left Oneworld but BA pax do have access to the AMEX lounge at GRU

SAN lounge

San Diego , CA, (SAN) lounge , 19Feb22, is apparently closed for refurbishment. Was travelling Alaskan Airlines (AS) , travelling as OneWorld Emerald and agent at check-in apologised for that.
OneWorld web site shows it as open though (Airspace Lounge) , it definitely wasn't, although Aspire was.

I have a choice of flying JFK to LHR or LGW in April this year.
It will be an early morning arrival and i would appreciate a shower on arrival .
I am getting mixed messages on the net whether Gatwick's Arrival Lounge will be open then .
Any thoughts please if it is likely and if possible , a comparison of the LGW vs LHR Arrivals Lounges.

I don't think there ever has been an arrivals lounge at LGW, so does that help your decision?
