List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

AS is part of oneworld and has been for a year now, so I think it’s more the case of the QF lounge agent not getting the memo and incorrectly saying no.

I agree with you 100% but who am I to argue with the authority. Pre-COVID I’ve popped into the QF F Lounge on AA plenty of times. There was for sure a very active anti-AS feeling.

My real question is, how do you overcome such obstacles?

Show your BA Gold / GGL card?
I remember a few years ago the Qantas lounge at LAX use to take issue with BA fliers on AA domestic flights, but a flash of the BA card use to work - so perhaps it is the same in this instance?
Currently in the OW / Qantas Business lounge at LAX - bar staff are fab and looking forward to the First lounge reopening (which has lights on tonight), but they still say it will be a mid/end of March opening time scale

Happy to query the AS bit on my way out if required?

Please. Showed the Gold Card and it was a point blank NO to AS. When you back someone into a corner they usually won’t admit defeat to logic.

Is there a new code of the day already? Was curious to take a look at the menu but Singapore doesn't work anymore.

I did think that the OW lounge in the TBIT was just for international flights.
I've been turned away on an AA domestic flight before with my gold card / OWE, but i was only lounge hopping and just went back to the QF F lounge next door.
The AA Flagship lounge is better than the OW lounge in my opinion, so i only spend a short time there just before boarding in there.

Hopefully the QF lounge does open in March as I've got a couple of flights booked through LAX in April and I miss the salt and pepper squid (will get some in London, but it's not quite the same)

I found the AS lounges at SEA to want to check my status when flying Alaska economy. They seem to know it's fine, but like to double check.

This is the full breakfast menu in Galleries North T5 this morning. The sauasage thing was nice but I'd preferred it without the relish and just brown sauce. OH said the egg thing was better than 2 weeks ago. As expected it's busy with lots of kids on Trunkies

Stokes condiments, my god do I detect a few extra pennies being dispensed?!

Go to the oneworld.com site on your phone and show them that AS is part pf OW. You can do it without being confrontational, rather educational.

Thought these Mr Lyan cocktails in LHR Galleries North looked pretty good and it’s nice to have fresh herbs as garnish. Slight snag in that the instructions say “one measure of” but there are no jiggers provided. Didn’t imbibe as I was there at an ungodly hour (a Red Snapper seemed more appropriate to the time of day)

Also on offer are pre-mixed cans of Espresso Martini. These are the real deal at 14.5%, not your overly-sweet 5% alcohol cans designed for train journeys. Sells for Ł3.99 in Waitrose!

Has anyone tried the Alaska lounge in T7 at JFK now that they’re part of oneworld?

You won’t - I was in the QF London T3 lounge yesterday - only buffet upstairs available. Gin bar and downstairs restaurant closed. Quite frankly I would avoid this lounge at the moment - it was disgustingly dirty and food very average!

When checking in at PHL I was advised that the BA lounge is due to reopen this Weds. Hopefully this is true as the BA lounge is much closer to the A15-A17 gates which BA flights depart.
