List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

Yeh I agree - but its also frustrating how some airports - like CDG are still ghost towns for the most part. Most lounges there are still closed.

At check in today at FRA I was told that the lounge is not open 24/7 yet. Not sure what that means given it was 6pm... But departures generally is so dead. So little open beyond passport control

Lounge details are in the wiki of this thread or at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location=LGW, although I can't help with GGL guest numbers.

GGLs are only allowed one guest in third-party lounges.

... although officially 2 guests for GGL and Prem at the MAN Escape lounge so it's probably worth asking the question at the LGW lounge. I can bet it won't be 5 guests though.

Thanks

Not the few times I've transferred through there, although that's terminals in use by AF. Has been rammed every time including the lounges.

Good point - I've not used terminals AF was using, I've been through there six times in the last few months using primarily BA and to me it seemed empty every time.

I was in the ORD lounge on Tuesday night, before taking the 296 back to LHR. We had three toddlers in tow so I wasn’t really able to take many photos or have a detailed look around. See Sandy Hopper 's posts for some recent photos (here and here).

It felt like going back in time – the place is a relic, still decked out in the old Terraces style. It was actually the first BA outstation lounge I ever used, back in late 2009. I spoke with the agent at the desk and she said that the refit won’t happen. This is because BA will be moving to T3 apparently. I’m not sure whether there are any plans to put in a lounge there, but once Flagship re-opens that will be a decent option. The terminal change will definitely be a positive move. The current faff of going landside and getting the bus (the transit is being overhauled) and then going back through security isn’t great. That airside bus between T3 and 5 they had for a bit was a decent work around, but the timings could be a bit annoying. She also confirmed that the First Lounge won’t re-open. I took a peek into the old First Dining room and it was a bit depressing. The tables still had tablecloths on them, but the place was clearly just being used for storage, with boxes everywhere and some lounge staff sitting in there.

With the recent eligibility changes the Club Dining section was a bit redundant, since every table had a number and QR code most people ate in more comfortable seating. This was ideal for us, as we commandeered the end of the almost empty Dining section so the kids wouldn’t disturb anyone. The food was fairly decent despite the limited choices, but since the sleeper service was ditched there are more substantial options on board now. The food hadn’t changed from when Sandy Hopper was in there. I had a glass of Pommery but didn’t look at the rest of the booze – it wasn’t that kind of flight for me!

All the staff were really helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our time there as comfortable as possible.
