List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

I assume only available on the CCT? Or they may run out quickly due to the high demand from all those Golds.

A definite improvement on the previous Club lounges. Interested to know if it’s the same temporary menu in GF. The alcohol selection feels more GF than GC, Tanqueray 10 etc.

Unfortunately I failed to ask what Champagne it was, too excited about flying again and eating something not homemade or bought from a supermarket!

Guilty as charged M’Lud 😔. I was in blow out mode this morning.

I did hear some toast related discussion in the lounge earlier but didn’t clock exactly what it was about.

Ah, toastgate. We're back to Normal with less of the New then. These lounges must be the most intensely tracked lounges anywhere.

Certainly is better than I thought it would be. No cost cutting here I think, like some may suggest. Just a good way to get the lounge up and open again.

Be interesting to see the lunch/ dinner menu and any differential in CG GF and CCT.

I suspect initially it will all the same and will evolve over time.

I wonder if there will be a reduction in consumption which might offset in some way the increased running cost?

I'd say it's more so due to GC being a last minute decision. I'd say within a week it'll be back down to the usual reduced offering in comparison to GF.

Everything looks really good - Looking forward to getting back in the air later this month.
So at present GC must be the best J lounge in the world?

Just you wait, the bean counters are furiously enhancing it down to burnt toast and Maxwell House instant coffee as we speak...

I will know we are back to normal when we get the first report of the kitchen flooding

So in addition to the Cloud menu for First, which is available for CCR (choose a low number seat, say 1 to 11, Flounge is 20 plus, the CCR staff will find you).

CCT self serve items (assuming the CCR team don't beat you to the counter)
- Still and Sparking Harrogate water
- Still water in cans! hurray
- Orange juice
- Tomato juice
- Apple juice
- Cranberry drink
- mixer tins
- Tribute, Speedbird and Heinekin beer
- red and white wine, see photo (for obvious reasons I'm not touching anything if I can avoid it, so you'll have to work it out from the photo)
- LPGS on self serve

Surprised there's no updates on LGW yet.

BA is/was operating its l/h "Caribbean" services from the South Terminal, as are a few other carriers such as Wizz Air.

Some snippets so far
- The First Wing due to open 10 July
- First Wing check in is staying open while there are potential users (zone J). Zone H is Club/Silver, Zones D and G are also open, Assistance is G. Far more desks open than of recent weeks.
- Club lounge is open to 12:30, they will be doing a daily check on demand, and working that through the social distance guideliness as to whether to open GC or send passengers to Flounge
- AA, QR, AY will be joining us this week (staff haven't been told about the CK entry permission, but that proves nothing).
- Almost all the BS staff at LHR are still employed and are back at work.
- As mentioned CCT is Flounge menu, some extra drinks and you can probably wangle the staff to do your orders rather having to grapple with the technology.

Looks an excellent effort by BA. Certainly better than our cousins over at FRA, MUC and ZRH.

Well done BA I look forward to passing through next week.

This one is particularly close to my heart

Better no toast, than cold toast
