List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

As far as crisps, biscuits and fruit are concerned during this period of limited on board service.

Automatic contactless lounge entry barriers will be installed from mid-July, reducing contact between customers and staff.”

This could get interesting.

I know it says Elemis Spa is closed but are showers available for passengers from Flounge? Or is it simply the arrivals lounge that’s available for showers? As someone who will be transiting through T5 soon on long haul I would really be looking Forward to a shower!

Can someone report back? Thank you.

Yes, T3 is open now and BA are back to T3 since 1 July. I am there tomorrow and it is definitely T3. I don't think the regional lounges are open until August at the earliest.

I read it differently. The question was "Will snacks (e.g. ....) still be available to take away?" The use of the word still seems to indicate that it was always allowed (for small snacks only). How anyone thought removing multipacks of beer was acceptable is another question!

There was a suggestion, some time back that this invitation was a glitch, but having read it a few times, my interpretation now, is that guests (traveling in premium cabins) will be assumed to hold Premier membership and on this occasion be admitted (but make the most of it because you won't be invited again).

Hah, doesn't look awkward at all. That sanitiser they left on the counter looks a little clinical though

Hopefully they left the nice comfy chairs with the runway view and footstools at the back on the right - those will be in demand.

I’m interested about the BA LHR T5 Arrivals Lounge. Presumably there will be a period where very few people can reasonably use the arrivals due to quarantine requirements (until the traffic light system comes in which will open a few of those countries up but places like USA will still not be able to use it, less the exceptions like diplomats etc.).I am coming in from USA next week and would love to have a shower at the BA LHR Arrivals Lounge before the long trek to my place of quarantine - but it is unclear if this is permitted or not per quarantine rules.

(FYI. I’m eligible to use them usually. My concern is over the quarantine requirements even before July 10th changes. Arrivals is only for long hauls so the number of places is cut significantly when overlapping with the red quarantine list).

No, only CCR cardholders, Prems and those travelling in First will be granted access to the CCT. Everyone else will be granted access to the First Lounge until the Club Lounges reopen.

Yeh, would be fun to watch someone explain to a machine why they should be given access because they're on a honeymoon. Could be good content for the DYKWIA thread too

It isn't specified in the rules for self isolation, so you have to make your own judgement, as with most things connected with this pandemic. But I can assure you that Professor Yvonne Doyle will not be hammering on the door demanding you leave. That said, both Arrivals and the shower suite will be open for you.
