List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)
This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.
Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Has there been any interior cosmetic changes KARFA ? Or, is it still BA Lounge decor with a different badge on the door? Are they still allowing boarding direct from the lounge?
Boarding was still direct from the lounge as long as the plane is at gate 4. The difference is they don’t announce it now or officially open the doors to allow pre boarding, but when it’s boarding you can just exit through that door directly to the jetbridge and board.

For completeness, if your trip is in the afternoon after the GC closes, this will be your menu - GF.

Although this might not be interpreted as 100% certain, at one of the threads in the UA forum regarding JFK, it was told to a FT member by a United Global Service agent that the Alaska Lounge in Terminal 7 would re-open in July 2021.
I guess the agent mentioned this to the FT member as UA would be contracting the AS Lounge for their passengers.
Regardless of that as the Alaska Lounge is also a oneworld lounge and located in Terminal 7, it should also be available for BA passengers.
The Alaska Lounge might be inferior than the Galleries Club, First and the Concorde Room in JFK, although, it would be much efficient than to go to Terminal 8 Admirals Club, where you need to security twice.
