List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

is this also the GC menu? A substantial upgrade on the buffet slop we’re used to if the case😀

NB: Galleries Club South will be open daily (except Christmas Day) from 05:00 till 21:00
Thanks for the info. A shame for me, will have to use GS South due to travelling with a Silver and her no status sister. I imagine the likelihood of any seasonal, enhanced guesting allowances for Golds this year is zero.

BA have mentioned that passengers might be upgraded from Galleries Club to GF if there are capacity constraints in Club North/South. Likewise a few normally allowed in GF may be upgraded to CCR if there are capacity constraints owing to social distancing So you might get lucky!

(Not to be confused with upgrading of travel class)

No, GC has a different menu, but as you will see mid thread, it can be argued GC has had quite an improvement on the pre-Covid offering.

I’m not sure which last time is being referred to but there was an airside exemption in lockdown 2 and table service could have continued if BA wanted to.

Foreign Air travel also wasn’t specifically banned but travelling to an airport for leisure wasn’t one of the reasonable excuses for being out of the home.

I was referring to lockdown 2, and there wasn’t the airside exemption you refer to. I don’t really want I reopen this debate since I am sure everyone is bored of it, but if you have a look at the law and see where airports are mentioned you will see it is not a general exemption for airside to carry on serving food and drink normally.

Anyone in the lounges today who can report on what, if anything, has changed for tier 3?

thanks for the info. Do you know if GN will serve the all day menu from 12 or will they just stick with breakfast like they did in the summer?

No idea sorry! You could always switch to Galleries Club South if indeed it is breakfast they’re prolonging until 2pm closure if that’s not what you fancied?

Thanks AirbusA350. I am travelling through next week with my parents for a 5 hour connection and they will prefer to be out on the terrace if possible. But may get bored of the breakfast offerings for 5 hours.

Greetings from the GF lounge. All appears normal (well, Covid normal). No queue to check in and clear security. Find a seat and scan the QR code at the table to order (today’s code is boston). Got here at 12:30 and the lunch menu was being served. The mushroom pie is surprisingly good.

Yes, it's open but BA stopped to contract the Calpe Lounge in GIB so you must either pay the walk-in fee or have entry through alternative methods ( eg. Priority Pass ).
