Look closely and it is the April 1964 copy of Vogue.
The cover star is Tania Mallet who plays Tilly Masterson in the same film.

The tail number is G-BNLB and this aircraft was delivered to British Airways on 31 july 1989. Bond is flying first class and is served a vodka martini by the air hostess, played by no one other than Deborah Moore, Sir Roger Moore's daughter.

The guy sitting next to Bond I am sure is the Japanese Businessman in Notting Hill, who kisses the Desk Clark at the Ritz - just found the scene on youtube and looks like he is even wearing the same suit!
