BA terminating ALL FAs..is this true??

I just been given some Infos that BA is planning to terminate ALL existing contracts of the FAs!. That means ALL 43.000 contracts are due or in danger. Around 31.000 will be offered a reappointment.
And under the new contract, everyone is part of the"mixed fleets". This means flying more than usual, as well only being paid, if you really fly. So no more privileges like in the old contracts.
The worst part, a huge reduction on the new salary comparing to the old. For example a Cabin Service Director will lose around 50 to 60 percent of his/her momentarily salary with a new reappointment.
Deeply shocking indeed! Does anybody know more about the situation???

As if FAs can just switch airlines or employers so easily and not in a pandemic time like this, in which most airlines are struggling to survive and definitely not hiring!! I understand BAs worsening situation but to do it like this way!! That is deeply immoral and very very low!!
