BA S75 chargeback - Blacklisting?

I just had an email from a HFP reader who claims to have been blacklisted by Holiday Autos after a Section 75 claim, so it certainly exists in some sectors of the travel market.
Why he wanted to use them again after they refused him a due refund and forced him to go down S75 was not explained .....
