Visa restrictions from 1200 GMT of March 13, 2020 until April 15, 2020, or until further orders.
All existing visas, issued to nationals of any country except those issued to Diplomats, Official passport holders, those in UN / International organisations, those on Employment, Project visas and those who are operating aircrew of scheduled commercial airlines, and who have not yet entered India, stand suspended till April 15, 2020. Israel
All arrivals into Israel must go into 14 day quarantine in a private dwelling. Anybody unable to do that will be refused entry. Those found to be breaking quarantine are liable to criminal prosecution, fines and prison sentences. It is being enforced - there are already a dozen cases open.

As of Sunday March 15, further restrictions are in place - non-essential businesses and govt departments are required to close or start to move to remote working or very limited customer services (those who have to run offices are required to separate workers by >2m), restaurants are closed except for take-away and delivery, and people cannot congregate anywhere, for any reason, in groups of more than 10 (including for prayers etc). Schools and kindergartens are also all closed. Supermarkets and pharmacies remain open and well-stocked, and there are no expected supply chain issues.

Since mid June Poland has been reopening its borders. Many European countries are now allowed direct flights. direct flights from the UK were allowed from early July, this week flights from Sweden, Portugal and UAE were allowed
Like many other countries, some countries are considered clean and no quarantine is now required, other arrivals still require a quarantine.
you are required to complete a paper form while on the inbound flight stating what countries you have been in, where you will be staying in Poland, and what seat you were in on the flight.
your temperature will be checked when entering to terminal (this is true for both arrivals and departures)
if you are required to quarantine then you must install an app on your phone which will send "tasks" several times a day for you to prove you are at home. you can also expect multiple random checks by police or the Polish army.

Singapore

From 23 March 2020, 2359 hours, all short-term visitors (from anywhere in the world) will not be allowed to enter or transit through Singapore. Furthermore the Ministry of Manpower will only allow the entry/ return of work pass holders [2], including their dependents, for those providing essential services, such as in healthcare and transport.
