Seat choice not available? (Seat choices are only available at check-in)
First, I have checked but couldn't find answer to my question, so, thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
I have booked an itinerary using 241 and points.
After I booked the return I was told that I would get updated ticket in 2-3 days (didn't happen), and the current booking shows one leg of the trip with not being to choose seat in advance (Seat choices are only available at check-in).
In checking the reservation all the flights, etc., show as being confirmed but I never did receive an updated ticket via email.
Was wondering if there is cause for concern or just slow processing by BA?
Thank you again to anyone who responds.

Thank you for your help!
I called and booked return on January 4th, 2020.
Trip isn't until December/January 2020/21.
Think it is just back in the pile?
If so, I understand they have more urgent needs at the moment but I did do it PRIOR to the Covid announcements.
Thanx again,
Walt

Ah ok. So on that basis I would call as I suspect your cc details will be out of date now so they can't take payment and ticket.
