Lounge access in LHR - CX connecting to BA

Seeking some help on lounge access in LHR for the following flight schedule:

CX251 (HKG-LHR)- 23:55-05:00+1 day (first class)
BA464 (LHR-MAD)- 16:45-20:10 (economy class)

Will I get First class lounge and Concorde Room access for BA in LHR?

Seems a bit unclear for oneworld lounge policy: First and Business Class customers connecting on the same day of travel, or before 6am the following day, can access the lounge when travelling between an international long haul (a oneworld international long haul flight is defined as an international flight marketed and operated by any oneworld carrier with a scheduled flight time longer than 5 hours) and an international short haul or domestic flight (and vice-versa).

Thanks heaps!

You would definitely have First Class lounge access based on oneworld rules.

Concorde Room - I’m not sure. Best to ask in the BA forum.

I’m going to move this thread there as this is more a BA question.

I thought so too, but this is stated on the oneworld site under Concorde Room:

Access

  • First Class

Airlines

  • British Airways
  • Access for eligible customers traveling on any oneworld member airline.
So do the long haul to short haul rules apply when you’ve flown in on First Class on a oneworld airline?

You get first class lounge access but not Concorde room access. You also cannot pre order spa treatments (which you could if flying ba f).

Eligible customers are BA Concorde Room card holders (Gold Guest List with over 5,000 TP) travelling on any airline that flies out of Terminal 5 at Heathrow (i.e., BA or Iberia).
