Any way to get back expired Avios?

I know this may be a long shot but is there any way to get back expired Avios? Didn't know if anyone has had experience with this. Thank you!

Ring them and ask politely. If the points expired very recently, they're known to extend their life for another three months, and if you then manage to have any activity whatsoever on your BAEC account during those three months, they're protected for another three years after that.

BA can be quite understanding in truly exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or bereavement so if that is what caused the expiry, you might have a chance if you ask nicely.
Otherwise, unless BA have made a mistake, that will be a big no.

For them to expire it means you have had no qualifying activity on your account for 3 years.

Hardly a sign of being a loyal customer that BA would do favours for.

Though having someone ask to have the points re-instated could signal the return of the prodigal son so to speak, so I'd hope the agent wouldn't feel that petty about re-welcoming previously loyal customers.

Are all HHA accounts valid for the 3 years as long as one member makes a booking ?

You don't need to make a booking - you just need some avios activity to keep them alive. Using a free avios credit card, buying something through the e-store or just buying some avios is enough.

To be clear, earning avios in one member’s account will not extend the expiration date of the other accounts. But making a redemption booking in one account will extend all of the accounts.

As I understand it they do if any member is Gold, Silver or Bronze.

. Notwithstanding Clause 18.1.16, in the event a Household Account has a Gold, Silver or Bronze Tier Member who has earned or redeemed Avios points within the last 36 consecutive months then the Avios points balance of the other Household Account Members shall not be subject to expiry in accordance with Clause 14.4. In the event a Household Account ceases to have as a Household Account Member any such Gold, Silver or Bronze Tier Member then the provisions of Clause 18.1.16 shall apply.
