I flew back this morning from Nashville to London and I had two reasons to complain.
I had bone in my chicken that I choked on. Fortunately it was a small of bone and I was able to spit it out but that's a serious thing and not okay.
Secondly the electronic shade was broken on my seat I chose and they simply taped over the window.
What would be an appropriate response here from BA?

Venison with shot fragment is pretty normal around here. Because some fragments are too small to notice when chewing - or may just feel a bit gritty - it's best that children, pregnant women and those with compromised immune systems should steer clear of wild venison, and any farmed venison which aren't clearly labelled as to slaughter method.
ps. To the OP: nothing due for the bone IMHO, chicken has bones. You should get something for the window. I would email in and ask about the window.
pps. Does the word boneless appear on any BA menus? Just thinking, and not having a go at the OP.

Meat may contain bones. I suggest chewing your food better next time, so that the bone doesn't get as far as your throat.

as far as i am aware windows are supposed to let you see through them.
as far as i am aware the window itself was working.
BA deployed a secondary "blind" from the one normally deployed, which, as far as I can see from the picture, served the purpose. there may have been more effort involved in using this blind.
I am not sure what "contractually" is expected in terms of windows. Occasionally I find seats have no windows. I am entitled to some compensation? Sometimes they appear to have 2 windows, so twice as much effort to darken, Again compensation due?
