Plane Check

Hi

Can someone check a plane for me?

I am flying back from Bermuda to Gatwick on the 21st Jan, and the plane seems to have fewer Business Class seats than I would have expected. (Only has rows 1-9 in Business, as opposed to the 1-20 (First & Business) on the way out.

Thanks

Stu

Looks like a 3 class 777. Refurbished RR version to be exact.

Thanks, that's a really small Business Class for Bermuda flight..

Normally they have 4 rows of first and a shed load of Business class seats. Can see why there are no upgrades available!

Pretty sure (s)he meant 4 across the centre block, not the whole row, which would've been 8.

Emirates only has 2 aircraft types :-

B777 - which is 7 across in J (2-3-2)
A380 - which s 4 across in J (1-2-1)

None are 5 across.

I was talking about how many rows there were, not number of seats in a row

Anyway, since my previous email, I had been looking at upgrades from WT+ to CW and one space has now come free on the flight, so I did a mock booking to check (as I can now do the 'select seat before buyong option', and it does indeed only have 4 rows of Business (8 across). I don't fancy the upgrade costs of Ł3,000 though to sit in a one of the middle 'cuddle seats' as there are only 4 seats that are not yet reserved.
