Plenty of FTers taking advantage of cheap LHR-HEL CE fares in January?

Funnily enough my husband is flying tomorrow. He mentioned how busy it was looking and sort of grimaced; he’s usually on Finnair but I guess the lure of a cheap fare attracts even non-FTers!

At least LHR-HEL is long enough for the CC to manage with the food service and all... I've had 12 rows of CE on an AMS hop a few times, and it gets ridiculous.

I’m in CE, LHR to AGP on 31st January and it’s currently back to row 14. Rows 1 to 6 are already all fully reserved apart from 1 seat.

They removed a crew member some years back. On this there should be three in Club and two down the back flogging the garbage. That said - you need to be very well organised that you are not falling all over each other. Speaking of the past is tedious - but we used to manage a full bar and lunch/dinner service on LHR/LGW to EDI/GLA/NCL to everyone. LGW - MAN even had a cooked breakfast.
