Should be yes. On a spreadsheet the results are probably more impressive. Probably the same bean counters involved at Sky High Airlines (from those brilliant tv ads from Alaska Airlines back in the day).

Not going to start a brawl about it but I’m sure it’s burrata. When you cut open burrata it’s lumpy inside unlike more homogenous normal mozzarella. Coleslaw would have cabbage and carrots. This is all white and 100% dairy.

Let the beancounters compute that one on an excel spreadsheet.... the fuel saving these days by cutting the cutlery pack by 50% could be immense!

What are people’s experiences with special meals in CW at the moment? Which are worth ordering to get a better quality option than the standard menu?

Child meal while relatively plain is as substantial as a regular meal (if not more so). Anything to get rid of that cauliflower dip thing passing itself off as an appetizer.

You have good eyes. 👏 I had to expand the picture, and now it absolutely looks like burrata. The curds appear lumpier, perhaps due to the image quality or magnification.

So …. after much debate upthread, do we now have firm consensus that the item in question is indeed burrata …… ? I think we need a clear ruling !

SQ promote Book the Cook, MH have Chef on Call.
BA could maybe innovate with Guess the Dish ….. 🤔
