COPY of Post 1 (from wilsnunn) for if the thread gets too long:
How much of the BA flight network does the BAEC FlyerTalk community fly in 2020?
It was suggested in another thread (see here: Any Gaps in our collective knowledge?) that it would be a fun/interesting task to see how much of the whole BA network of flights we as a community here on FlyerTalk actually fly in a given year.
After a bit of discussion in the afore mentioned thread, we came up with the idea of a Google Sheets document to track flights taken by the community.
If people here are genuinely interested in persuing this task then I am sure that it would lead to some very interesting results.
Rules:
The Google sheet is here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...vid=1896029868
Obviously this will not be of interest to everybody but for those who are interested, I hope that this proves to be a fun and interesting experiment.
Note: if you wish to participate but wish to add an extra level of anonymity on top of your FT username, then please feel free to assign yourself another pseudonym and participate that way.
If you have any questions then please let me know.
My post from the afore mentioned thread for reference:

I suggest people opening in an "In Private" window thus keeping their personal Google accounts out of it.

Rules:
- You must only edit the Google Sheet when not logged into your own Google account (personal/business etc) so as to remain anonymous to the community (and to me the owner of the Google sheet using a new account that is not being used for anything else)
- You can only add your flight to the list once you have flown it (incase of IRROPS, change of plans etc)
- You have to have flown on the flight using its BA flight number
- This means that if you flew on BA113 but were ticketed as AA6134 for example this should not be included
- This also means that if you have flown QR1 but it was actually ticketed as BA7001 this should be included

I've created a filter view on the spreadsheet. As the text you copied in suggests, it is a filter that is user specific.
I recommend updating the link in the wiki post to this: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...vid=1896029868
Which is a direct link to the filter view I created - called "FT filter view". Note the "&fvid=....." on the end of the URL.
Editing applies to everyone but filtering is only for the individual.
Hope that helps.

Regarding a few mistakes that have been pointed out by some (thank you!) and a few others, it would be good to get these fixed.
baflyer2 BA124 on 2-Jan or 3-Jan?
DFP BA6291 on 6-Jan or 7-Jan?
tigertanaka could you confirm your flight that you have as BA1314 LHR-NCL, it seems that is actually an ABZ flight?
Jonathan2712 could you confirm if your flight was BA1394 instead of BA1934?

Yes, there's both a filter in place ("filters" are global filters that apply to everyone) and there was also a filter view created, but since the URL in the wiki post is to the spreadsheet directly (rather than to the filter view) anyone clicking the link is taken to the underlying spreadsheet, and so the filter they would be using is the global one.
With the URL I gave, it links directly to the filter view, ensuring no-one disrupts anyone else's view of the spreadsheet.

I've just preemptively added a zero to a couple of entries (BA713 and BA752) to put them into the 4 digit format. The airport pairs are correct.

BA243 added. LHR to MEX.
I'll be a bit quiet on here now. Not scheduled to fly again on BA until April.

BA295 and BA4808 added. We seem to be very light on AA domestic codeshares. Maybe, TP Run season hasn’t kicked in yet!

Just added a few more.
Not sure if it's just me, but I'm using Firefox 72.0.2 on Windows 10, and when scrolling up and down the table one row at a time, the cursor would appear on one row, yet whatever I typed ended up on another. Had to work out manually where I thought the active row was when entering my flights. Has anyone else encountered this?

A quick update on how we are doing so far:
- 356 flights logged
- 284 different BA flight numbers have been flown
- 117 different individuals have recorded their flights
- BA0799 (HEL-LHR) is the most popular flight
- ABZ-LHR is the most flown route (taking into account multiple flight numbers)
- AMS is the most visited non-London airport
All these measures (and more) can be found on the Stats page of the Google Sheet for anybody interested. [Click on "🔒 Stats" at the bottom of the screen]
Note that for the moment I have locked the Stats sheet so that changes cannot be made, if you wish to make your own changes to the stats page then please let me know by PM.
