Best thing I saw pinched from a BA flight this week. Was at a clients home cinema. Old style first class seats (the ones James Bond sits on in Die another day). They had 4. Picked them up for 2.5k each.
Think I would try and buy an Emirates suite and stick it in my shed

Sorry, but my definition, buying a surplus seat for 2.5 K does not qualify as 'pinching'.
(Borderline exception, paying 2.5 K IDR or similar currency)

Since we're going "the bigger the better" I'd like to nominate the fellow, that pinched a B727, never to be found again.

Although we may risk taking this thread more OT, we all now wait for someone to see your bet of a 727 and raise with a widebody aircraft.
Considering the thread title, your FT handle certainly merits posting here

Chap in front of me in the immigration queue at JKF last Sat was proudly showing off the teapot he liberated. Was pleasing to hear a chinking sound when he nudged his bag forward rather than lift it. Hope he enjoyed picking out the bits of porcelain from his carry on.

I have a MaxJet cotton napkin, acquired from their storage at LAS when they went bust leaving us stranded. Was given to me by their rep. First time I saw a button hole on a napkin and wondered what it was for. Had to google it, now I'm only really impressed at a restaurant and they have such napkins, sans Maxjet logo of course.

Yeah like that one time the Russian government stole an MH B777 using black holes, at least if you believe CNN.

Just an example of what's going to happen if stuff keeps going missing.

"Lemon brought this up along with other “conspiracy theories” people have been floating on Twitter, including people noting the eerie parallels to Lost and The Twilight Zone, "
(quote function not working)
Now I'm thinking CNN is more believable than the post.

Airlines fascinate the collector
For me collecting aviation paraphernalia is a very interesting hobby.
Especially if I can piece together the timeline of the changing face of its product and inflight service.
from luggage tags, boarding passes and brochures.I love it.
The airlines themselves are just as guilty from price fixing to inflated tkt prices.
Dirty tricks and trying their hardest to get rid of other competitors.
Marketing and promotion budgets are quite large at these airlines, they have money to waste.
.
Luggage tag
Air New Zealand 1980s First class 747-200
NZ FIRST
Nz business upperdeck 747-200
NZ economy 80s
NZ first class 90s
British airways timetable seating charts.
TAP air portugal 80s
Garuda 80s
Malaysia airlines 747-200 80s

Seen as I came upon it while making my late evening cuppa I thought I'd take a pic and post it. My wife nicked this when she went on a school trip to Europe well over 40 years ago. They flew BCAL to London from Buenos Aires...so long ago PUCCI GALORE probably served her!!

Having been somewhat critical of other peoples light fingers, imaging my horror at picking up a BA teaspoon out of the cutlery draw at home. I hope it was my 6 year old daughter and not my wife.
But going back next BA flight

It’s a shame when items get enhanced due to high theft levels. I don’t know if it’s already been said but the small White Company pillow didn’t even make it past the trial stage due to the enormous quantity that were stolen.
