72 Flights for me, 34 different Airports and 17 countries totaling 66,184 Miles.

BA (58), IB (6), SP (4), ET (2), TP (1), U2 (1).

Despite the high number of sectors, as of tomorrow i'm no longer a GCH after a switch in role dramatically reduced my long haul flying so it's a very sad day for me!

No, no where close really. I expect this level of travel to continue during 2020, then from 2021 I will have a new role that will be virtually stationary (with any luck!) in comparison. Not enough time to achieve GGLFL in that time I'm afraid.

No, I do not have an Amex Platinum. It was a corporate targeted promo, to the best of my knowledge.

42,500 miles for me in 26 sectors

Highlights were surprising my wife with a day trip to Jersey for a significant wedding anniversary and also flying the A350 Club Suites to Toronto as a roundabout route to Chicago.

Air Canada snuck in there as an extra carrier after I missed the connection to Chicago when my flight on a 3 week old A350 had tech issues!

First flight of 2020 due tomorrow when we need to head back to the UK from a sunny South Africa.

A very calm year for me.

55 sectors covering 55,475 miles.
9 airlines - Loganair, Air Nostrum and Iberia being the new ones.
17 different a/c types - A350-1000 and A340-600 being the new types.
New airports were Boston, Madrid, Luxembourg and Luton .

By contrast, by train... 615 journeys covering 25,400 miles (and I don't think that's even complete).

I managed a paltry 14 flights this year, but kept the mileage up at more respectable levels (50,000 give or take).

2 sectors in BA F, 2 in MH J and the rest in BA J.

139 Flights
261,952 miles

68 in business, 24 on QR, 9x HKG-SIN legs, 5 in first (highlight was JAL)

Only 17 flights on BA () but I might mix that up next year as I'm getting a bit bored of Doha/QR. Time for a reminder why I made that switch.

Reached GGL/CCR but will probably split my flights a bit more and build up status on some other schemes and try new products next year

I call Grinch!

This thread is a way of getting a vague insight into what our fellow FT-ers do. This is supposed to be a community, after all.
