Horrified, I feel faint, First World problem

Popped into Gold First on the way to SVO this morning, no 787/777 and no 1st for 2.5 months to DME, so take the flying air beds instead as SVO is closer to my house.

so no CCR as not in 1st....

Had the usual Egg n Bacon for breakfast, and then popped over to the comfy seats for a tot of the Scottish stuff... imagine my Horror to see RED LABLE, and some singleton malt!!! Where is the blue label (or gold, or if downgraded black), where is the Glenlivet!!!

oh I feel weak, this is an upgrade too far. Iím going to Pier B where my mate tells me they still have 12YO Glenlivet

joking apart, is this the new way forward, Red Label the hoboís choice Iím Gold First

It had it yesterday as well, although not much left in the bottle. It’s not been removed, of that I’m certain.

Single malt was Singleton, which has certainly also been in the GLA lounge for some time, although there’s usually also Glenlivet there.

Just ask and it usually appears (after a bit of a wait). There's been a few JW Blue panic threads lately

The first widebody which comes back on 29 Mar is showing a 777 with Club Suites - so a choice of F or CS.

Need to get some WD 40 on that.

Give it a good spray then put some paper towel over it and leave it for a bit to work it's magic
